Capital Area Girls on the Run
5K Event
Join the Spring 2012 Capital Area Girls on the Run Participants, Coaches and Running Buddies at the season-ending, celebratory 5K that is open to the public. (*Coaches and Girls who are Spring 2012 participants and do not need to register*)
The 3.1 mile course begins and ends at the Fredricksen Outpatient Center, 2015 Technology Parkway, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. The course features rolling hills through residential areas and a corporate park. Dogs are not permitted, but walkers, strollers and wheelchairs are. Please be prepared for some hills, especially if you are planning to run with a stroller or a wheelchair!
