Spring 2014 registration opens February 5th at 9am!
The Spring 2014 season begins the week of March 3rd. Registration is open to girls who attend the partner schools listed below. Each team can accommodate 15 girls, and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Register early to reserve a spot for your special girl!
PROGRAM INFO During the 10-12 week season, held twice a week for 90 minutes after school, girls build self-esteem, learn healthy habits, and practice making positive decisions. Our unique curriculum, led by trained and certified coaches, integrates running games and workouts with lessons that inspire girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident. The season culminates with a community service project and the “Capital Area GOTR 5K.” The purpose of the program is to unleash confidence through accomplishment, give girls tools to conquer life’s challenges, and inspire them with an appreciation of health and fitness. PROGRAM FEE Our program is available to ALL girls, regardless of their family’s financial situation. We offer assistance to help offset the cost of participation for those families who need it. This assistance is available on the honor system and is based on a sliding scale related to household income. During online registration, each family chooses an appropriate program fee between $10 and $150. All families are encouraged to contribute as much as possible toward the actual cost of participation, which is $150 per season. The generosity of parents, donors, and sponsors is essential to maintain our transformational program and offer it to ALL girls, especially those who need it most! For more info, see our Program Fee Policy.
